A small clinic that takes its time

Alder started as a single treatment room in Hastings. It is now a team of three physiotherapists and a practice manager, still on the same street.

We keep appointments long enough to do the job properly, explain what we are doing and why, and give you exercises you will actually do.

When something needs another professional, we say so and refer you on.
