Questions

Before you book

Anything else, call us and ask.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. You can book directly. If your insurer asks for a referral, we can tell you what they need.

Will my insurance cover physiotherapy?

Most local health insurance plans cover some physiotherapy. Bring your card and we will check your cover before treatment starts.

How long is the first appointment?

Forty-five minutes for most services and an hour for pelvic health and home visits. It includes the assessment and your first treatment.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes that let us see and move the area being treated: shorts for knees and hips, a vest top for shoulders.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. We give you an estimate at the first visit and review it as you improve.
