Do you charge to value my property?
No. A valuation is free and carries no obligation. We visit, measure and give you a figure in writing.
What commission do you charge?
Our sales fee is agreed with you in writing before we list, and it is only paid when the sale completes.
Can non-residents buy in Barbados?
Yes. Foreign buyers have a few extra steps, and we can introduce attorneys who handle them routinely.
How long does a sale take?
Most sales complete within three months of an accepted offer. Land and properties with title questions can take longer.
Do you manage rentals?
Yes. We find the tenant, check references, collect rent and arrange repairs for a monthly fee.
