Reefhouse began with one desk in Bridgetown and a rule: give the owner and the buyer the same straight answer.
We still list fewer properties than we could, so each gets proper photographs, a measured floor plan and an agent who has walked the plot.
Most of our sales come from people we have helped before, or from their friends.
